A tool to help you challenge friends to develop better habits together.
How it works:
Create a challenge (e.g. 50 pushups a day). Invite your friends. Record your daily wins to stay on track.
Challenge your friends to develop habits with you.
Do a hand stand against a wall (or not if you are that good) for 60 seconds.
Don't have to be done all at once, but you gotta get 52 in by the end of the day. In your win, describe how you did them and the time it took.
It doesn't have to be your best writing ever, but you need to get the words out. In the description, breifly sum up what you spilled onto the page.
